dc.description.abstract | A novel sampling technique is presented, which can evenly sample all rays that pass through a rectangular surface. Different view directions are uniformly sampled based on the shape of a spiral. Projection positions are then sampled adaptively according to the view direction to provide a constant sampling rate. The experimental results show that our approach can faithfully represent shiny real objects with a reasonable number of samples. | en_US |
