Organizers of Eurographics Workshops or Symposia are invited to submit documents for the approval of the event by the EG Workshop Board. Please read the following instructions carefully.
This platform has been created in order to simplify and streamline the approval of Eurographics Workshops and Symposia. (The platform replaces the SRM platform.)

The "Technical Meeting Request Form" can be downloaded from:
A version for ACM SIGGRAPH-EG co-sponsored events is available atPlease follow the workflow:
- Download EG-WS-Handbook and familiarize yourself with the main items.
- Go to Submit documents for a new event in 2023.
- Go to Submit documents for a new event in 2024.
- Fill in the form.
- Upload at least the TMRF.
- Upload the budget plan, the CFP, further documents if available.
After finishing you will be contacted by the EG Workshop Board in due course.
