Cancellation

If you have pre-registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send us written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. The date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received at the conference secretariat. Please provide the name of the registrant cancelling, you will then receive details on the procedure.
Cancellation Fees:

1. up to 60 days before the conference: 80% refund
2. 60 days before the conference: 50%
3. 30 days before the conference: no refund granted
